A Wilton TRex pan was placed on a sheet cake to provide more cake. Leaves added lots of color for the birthday boy!

The Buttercream Transfer method was used to create this Hokie picture for a friend.








Lilies on Top
The Soft-Method of flower making was used to create these star-gazer lilies. Pioneered by Lynn Cook of England, this method uses sugarpaste to create beautiful, realistic, flowers.
